6 tips to help you change your style

Personally, I don’t understand why most of us don’t care about their style. I don’t even know what to think when smart people who can afford to work on their style, prefer to wear random clothes. Your body is your representation in this world. Therefore, you not only need to take care of your health but also about your looks. Your style represents you in society. Don’t get me wrong here, because I am not telling you that you must spend thousands of dollars on some brand clothes. Nope. I know people who look stylish even though they buy only second-hand clothes.

Frequently, when we are talking about clothes from the best brands in the world, we are talking about quality. Everyone knows that nowadays, you can order almost everything from China. For example, fake Nike air force from china will look just perfect. But when it comes to comparing them with the original ones, you will clearly see the difference. The first difference is their look, of course, only real fans will find the difference, but still. However, the second difference is the biggest one. Your fake Nike Air Force will fall apart in three months of wearing, while the original ones will hold at least for year or more. The same can be applied to every piece of clothing and wardrobe. Hence, the choice is yours.  

If you are one of those people about whom I have been telling you at the beginning of this article, then I am sure that most of your life, you adhered to the same style. You always buy practically the same type of clothing and have the same haircut. If you are completely satisfied with your life as it is, then it is fine, and I don’t want to bother you with my advice. However, if you feel that something is wrong and that if you change your style, you will become more successful. For example, you will have more chances to¬†find a gorgeous wife in Russia. So, today, I will share with my ideas on how literary everyone can change his or her style. Needless to say that this is not going to be very easy. The most important thing is to make sure that your inner you don’t conflict with your new style. Therefore, change your style only when you are ready.

1. Change your wardrobe

How many years have you adhered to the same style of clothing? Five, ten, maybe more? Each of us grows in a certain environment or surroundings, and, based on our surroundings, we form our preferences. They relate to style. But sooner or later, the moment comes when you realize that, despite the way how people that surround you behave, speak, and dress, you would like to look different. Don’t expect that this is going to be easy. As you may have guessed, the main problem and difficulty are to move away from the usual style and start buying other things. Be sure that over time you will get used to it.

Basic rules to remember when working on your wardrobe:

  1. Always choose clothes that favorably emphasize the merits of your figure and hide the flaws. 
  2. Don’t combine more than three colors in one look (3 is the limit in color variation for men); 
  3. Don’t change too much. Change of style is a noble cause, but be careful and don’t turn shopping into the purchase some colorful rags
  4. Take one step at a time. Don’t try to immediately change your wardrobe. It will be way too expensive and unpractical.

2. Change your hairstyle

When you want to work on your style, you should never forget about your hair. Hair is a very important part of your image. No matter whether you are men or women. If you have never changed your haircut since your childhood, you definitely need to try something new. To do this, find a great hairdresser who will help you to find a good haircut. Or you may consult with your friends who also know a thing or two about style. And again, I don’t recommend to go extreme. Consequently, if this is your first step in the world of fashionable haircuts, it is better to avoid colored hairstyles.

2. Grow a beard or change your makeup

In the case of men, if you have never had a bear, it is the best time to grow one. Not that long ago, a beard was believed to be a sign of aggression, but today it has become the norm. Therefore, in some cases, the presence of a beard can enrich the image, give the man some brutality, solidity. Nowadays, bearded men are in fashion. On the other hand, if you are a woman and have never worn makeup, you definitely need to add it to your new style. Or change something in case if you wear the same makeup regularly.

4. Get a tattoo

There are many things that you can do with your style, but nothing will change you more than a tattoo. 

With a tattoo, you can reflect part of your inner world and literally make your body look more vibrant and unique. Surely, not all tattoos are perfect. So, you will have to find a good tattoo master who will help to choose a perfect one. Recently, many people had prejudices to people with tattoos. However, today, these prejudices can be called a complete joke. After all, in our times, tattoos have become part of the image and style. Tattoos can help to emphasize the style of its wearer.

5. Change your habits

Recently I have already mentioned that ideally, your inner you must match your style and look. To help yourself adapt to your new style and change your inner understanding of yourself, you should work on your habits. For example, it is best to quit smoking. Not only because it damages your health, but because the smell of cigarettes may damage your style. Also, I don’t recommend vaping, because this is no better and has the same roots as smoking. Instead, make a habit of drinking a smoothie instead of a morning coffee.

6. Work on your body

I don’t even hope that I will ignore this. Working on your body is crucial for every successful person. Plus, this will help you to feel more satisfied with your new style. I am sure that you will notice how other people begin to compliment your looks and efforts. Sociologists say that people like more those who care about their bodies. This is because a fit body is a clear sign that a person has a healthy lifestyle. Thus, he or she is more reliable than others. Remember, you don’t need to kill yourself with diets and exercises in a gym. Instead, you can make playing some sport an interesting hobby for you and your significant other.
